Orders are sent out via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
**Requests for orders sent via another courier may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Orders are processed the same or next business day. We’ll send a tracking number to the email provided as soon as a shipping label is printed. Typically we’re at the local post office sending out packages every day or two.
Please make sure you enter a complete and correct mailing address as parcels returned as 'un-deliverable' will experience additional shipping fees.
After you’ve received the shipping confirmation email your order cannot be canceled or modified.
The cost to ship:
For Canadian addresses the shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the products in your order.
Free shipping is occasionally offered during promotional events. *Some large/heavy items will not qualify for free shipping. These include but are not limited to: feed, saddle pads, round bale hay nets, mineral tubs and roping dummies.
For customers in the USA, shipping is also calculated at checkout.
International customers, if you don’t see a shipping option at checkout please contact us for a quote.
Estimated Shipping time:
Regular Parcels: 3 - 7 business days
Expedited Parcels: 1 - 5 business days
Express Parcels: 1 - 3 business days
Expedited USA Parcels: 5 -10 business days
International Parcels: 5 - 20 based on location
The Ranch Tack and Feed will not be held liable for late, damaged or lost packages. If that was to happen we recommend contacting Canada Post with the tracking number and details of the damange.
